• Keep users signed in
• Support Remember Me
• Protect authenticated sessions
• Store settings and drafts
• Maintain themes and language choices

• Cache application files
• Deliver notifications
• Detect fraud and security threats
• Diagnose performance problems

Most of these technologies are necessary for AkkamChat to function.

Advertising

AkkamChat does not currently use third-party advertising cookies to place targeted advertisements inside private conversations.

If our advertising or analytics practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any consent controls required by law.

Third-party services

Providers that support AkkamChat may process technical identifiers required for authentication, encrypted-content storage, notifications, calls, AI features, or security. Human conversation content is routed as ciphertext in current supported versions, while Akkam AI content is processed separately and is not end-to-end encrypted.

These providers may include Google Firebase, Render, LiveKit, and OpenAI.

Managing browser data

You can block or delete cookies and stored data through your browser or device settings.

Doing so may:

• Sign you out
• Remove saved preferences
• Clear drafts
• Disable offline features
• Require application files to be downloaded again
